In order to make the Privacy Policy more understandable, I will use terms such as "CTM ChrisTones Music", "we", "us" (and thus comparable) here. This always refers to the person responsible within the meaning of the DSGVO.

Art. 6 (1) b DSGVO serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract (e.g. purchase contract). This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.

If the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO serves as the legal basis for the processing.

Insofar as we obtain your consent for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 (1) a DSGVO serves as the legal basis.

Insofar as the processing of personal data is required to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 (1) c DSGVO serves as the legal basis.

Collection of Personal Data

Contact

If you contact CTM ChrisTones Music e.g. by contact form, e-mail, telephone or via social media, your details for processing the inquiry and its handling will be recorded (if necessary name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, social media data, message text). We use this information to inform you about products or services and to answer other questions - even after purchasing our products or services. It is in our legitimate interest to use your personal data for this purpose and it may be necessary to fulfil a contract entered into with you or to carry out a pre-contractual measure. If the legal basis is unclear, we will ask for your consent. Your data will be deleted (subject to legal retention periods) as soon as they are no longer required by us.

Orders

If you order from us, you can do it through PayPal only. In order to complete your purchase, we require personal data. We save your name, address, e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number and payment information.
We use this data to process your purchase, to inform you about the delivery status and to process any returns. The processing of your personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract entered into with you.

If you do not provide us with your personal data, the contract cannot be concluded.

When you use PayPal in conjunction with the Shop section of this website, PayPal’s terms and conditions and data processing guidelines apply. All PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Social Media

We operate a Facebook page to interact with our active customers and prospects and to inform them about our products and services. When you visit our Facebook page, Facebook's terms and conditions and data processing guidelines apply.
If you contact us via Facebook or write contributions there, we will only process your data within the scope of this Privacy Policy.

Forced Disclosure

We disclose your personal data when required to do so by law (e.g. to legal authorities) or when it is absolutely necessary to protect our rights or users.
